An overview of the different refund policies for Superpeer services.

1:1 Calls

If the Superpeer host did not show up for a call you have paid for, you will be automatically refunded within 1-2 business days. To check on the status of your refund, feel free to email our help desk at [email protected] or chat with us by clicking the blue chat circle in the bottom right of this screen.

If a Superpeer host has violated Superpeer's Terms of Service, you can dispute the call within 48 hours of the call ending, thereby requesting a refund. Just click the Dispute call link in the email we send you after your call. Superpeer's team will then review the call details, according to our Privacy Policy, and determine whether a refund should be issued.

If a dispute is not raised within 48 hours after the call, Superpeer cannot guarantee a refund.

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or canceled. We will only review refund requests in extraordinary circumstances, such as fraud or misrepresentation. To make a request, you may email [email protected] no later than 48 hours after purchase. You must explain in sufficient detail why you are requesting a refund.

Streams

Once you have registered for a stream, the sale is final and will only be refunded under the following circumstances:

  • The Stream host cancels the stream. The host is able to cancel their stream right up until the stream's scheduled start time. In this case, all people registered for the stream will be automatically refunded.

  • The Stream host doesn't show up for the stream. In this case you will need to dispute the stream by contacting us at [email protected] or start a chat with us using the blue circle in the bottom of this screen.

If a Superpeer host has violated our Terms of Service on a stream, you can initiate a dispute. To dispute a stream, contact us at [email protected] or start a chat with us using the blue circle in the bottom of this screen.

If a dispute is not raised within 48 hours after the call, Superpeer cannot guarantee a refund.

Series

Once you have registered for a series, the sale is final and will only be refunded on a case-by-case basis as evaluated by our Customer Success team. To inquire about a series refund, contact us at [email protected] or start a chat with us using the blue circle in the bottom of this screen.
