What does it mean to host my calls on Zoom?
If you prefer using Zoom over Superpeer's built-in video call platform, we now let you connect your Zoom account with Superpeer so you can host all of your 1:1 calls on Zoom!
Joining your calls on Zoom is as easy as joining your regular Superpeer calls. Just click the "Join call" link in the Calls section of your dashboard.
We will include your Zoom meeting link in all emails we send to you and your callers, and your Zoom link will also be included in your Superpeer calendar events.
Your Superpeer calls will also be added to your Zoom upcoming meetings.
How can I connect Zoom to my Superpeer account?
Go to Settings -> Integrations
You will be asked to sign in to your Zoom account. If you don't have a Zoom account, you can create one here.
**Please Note** only personal Zoom accounts can be used. You may not connect your Superpeer account with a company Zoom account.
Next, you will need to Authorize Superpeer's access to your Zoom account.
Now you've connected your Zoom account with Superpeer and can start hosting your calls on Zoom!
How do I disconnect Zoom?
At any time, you can switch back to hosting calls on Superpeer. Simply click "Disconnect" in the Settings tab. All previously scheduled calls will stay on Zoom, while your future bookings will have a Superpeer link.
**Note: when you disconnect your Zoom account, we can no longer update your existing meetings in case of changes or cancellations. Please, refer to your Superpeer dashboard, or your calendar (if connected) for the latest information.

No, all Superpeer streams are hosted on Superpeer's streaming platform.
Do I need to have a Zoom account?
Yes, you will need to sign up for a personal Zoom account if you'd like to connect your Superpeer account. You can create a Zoom account here.
Do I need to download the Zoom app?
No, you are welcome to host your calls on Zoom from your browser, but you may download and use the Zoom app for your Superpeer calls if you wish. You can download the Zoom app here.
