So you're creating a series and you need to add some parts. You have 3 choices; Live, Premiere, and On-demand.

Live

You may already be familiar with Superpeer Livestreams, well a Live in a series works exactly the same way.

You go live in front of the audience that has registered for your series. You can invite co-hosts, speakers, and even invite audience members to the stage.

Some things to keep in mind

  • Duration: Live duration can be up to 5 hours. You can always go over your scheduled time [we will not cut it off automatically], or feel free to finish streaming earlier if you wish.

  • Cover image: Upload your own (at least 1200x675 px, and max 5MB), or choose a color and design for our auto-generated version.

  • Files: If you want your stream participants to have access to some files or URLs, you can add them here. You can upload all common file types as long as they are a maximum of 25MB each.

  • Speakers: There are a few things to keep in mind when adding guests

    • Twitter: feel free to add your co-host's Twitter handle if you want it to appear on your stream's registration page

    • Add this person to the cover: choosing this option will add your co-host to the cover image as well as the stream page. So, if you're planning on having a surprise guest, or invite a moderator, don't select this option.

    • Make co-host: choosing this option gives the speaker access to modify your participant list and moderate the stream, so only choose this option if you want them to have these privileges.

Premiere

A Premiere, just like in the movie industry, is an exclusive showing of a video you want to present to your audience. You and your audience watch the video together and can chat about it in the live chat.

If your viewers cannot join you live at the scheduled time, the recording will be available to them any time afterwards.

Some things to keep in mind

  • Cover image: Upload your own (at least 1200x675 px, and max 5MB), or choose a color and design for our auto-generated version.

  • Files: If you want your stream participants to have access to some files or URLs, you can add them here. You can upload all common file types as long as they are a maximum of 25MB each. (see video about file uploads in the Live section above)

On-Demand

An On-Demand is a video that anyone who registers for your series can view at their leisure.

  • Release date & time: if you want your on-demand video to only be available after a certain date and time, you can do that here. After the release date, your audience can watch your on-demand video whenever they like.

Once your series has at least one part, you can publish your series and start promoting it to your audience!
