What are digital products?

Digital products are ready-made files in digital format that your subscribers can access. You can sell almost anything you can think of.. Some examples of digital products are e-books, downloadable PDFs, digital patterns, videos, images, fonts, software, or plugins. You can either make them available for free for your subscribers or set a fixed price.

How to add files to your product?

When publishing a digital product on your public page, you must upload the files while creating a new product. You can upload as many files as you want.

What are the supported file types?

All major file types are supported. If you can upload a file from your computer, we will likely support it.

Can I sell subscriptions with this feature?

Right now, we only support one-time purchases with this feature. If you’d like to offer digital products on a subscription basis, create a product that is “free for paid subscribers” and utilize a Subscription feature in your Superpeer account.

Does Superpeer apply a platform fee to my payments?

When you make a sale, we charge a 10% fee. This does not include standard credit card processing or PayPal fees. You will see a detailed breakdown of the fees at the time when you create your offering.

14 days after you’ve received a payment, it will be added to your balance in the payout section of your dashboard. You can then withdraw your balance at any time.

Can I offer refunds to buyers?

Digital products are non-refundable and can not be returned or canceled. But, ultimately, it is up to you whether you will refund it. Buyers can contact with us if they would like to request a refund for their order, and we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis before notifying you.
