What are digital products?
Digital products are ready-made files that are available for subscribers. Hosts can make them directly available for subscribers to download or set a fixed price. If a fixed price is set, files will be ready to download on this page once you’ve purchased them.
How can I download digital products?
If the product has a fixed price, all files will be available for download instantly on this product page after purchasing your product. Attachments will be unlocked. If products are available for free for subscribers, you can just click on the download button, and that’s it.
Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to superpeer.com and go to Your dashboard.
Go to your Library. (check URL??)
You can view your products on your Library or visit the item's listing page, where you can see the "Download" button for each item.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download?
There are no limits to when or how many times you can download a file. Once purchased, you access a file anytime o your Library or item's listing page, provided the transaction hasn’t been canceled or removed.
Can I refund or cancel my digital products?
Digital products are non-refundable and can not be returned or canceled. But it is up to the host’s discretion whether they will refund it. Please contact the host directly from Superpeer messages if you would like to request a refund for your order.
