Superpeer holds all payments for 14 days before allowing them to be withdrawn. This "grace period" allows for user disputes and investigations if needed.

1:1 Calls and Livestreams Payouts

Payouts for 1:1 calls are released 14 days after the call or stream is marked as "complete" by our system, which is 15 minutes after the call's scheduled end time. For example, if you have a 60-minute call at 10:00 am on July 10th, your payout will be released to you at or around 11:15 am on July 24th.

Once your payout has been released, it will be added to the balance in the Payout section under the Payment tab of your dashboard. You can then withdraw your balance at any time.

If during the 14-day grace period your call is disputed, your payout may be held for longer until the issue is investigated and resolved. Click here to learn more about Superpeer's dispute process.

Channel Subscriptions and Series Payouts

Payouts for channel subscriptions and series are released 14 days after you've received a channel subscription payment or a user registered to your series.

Once the payout has been released, it will be added to the balance in the Payout section under the Payment tab of your dashboard. You can then withdraw your balance at any time.

Payout Withdrawals

We process all Superpeer payouts using Wise, which can take up to 2-3 business days to complete each payout. There is a small withdrawal fee applied to each payout by Wise.

Tip: You can save on withdrawal fees if you make larger and less frequent withdrawals from your account.

If you have withdrawn your payout balance and have not received it in your bank account after 3 business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will help investigate the issue.
