What to do if you feel entitled to a refund

If you think that your call has violated Superpeer's Terms of Service, you can dispute the call within 48 hours of the call ending, thereby requesting a refund.

Just click the "dispute call" link in the email we send you after your call. Superpeer's team will then review the call details, according to our Privacy Policy, and determine whether a refund should be issued.

If a dispute is not raised within 48 hours after the call, Superpeer cannot guarantee a refund.
