How do I know if I qualify for a refund?

1:1 Calls

If the Superpeer host did not show up for a call you have paid for, you will be automatically refunded within 1-2 business days. To check on the status of your refund, feel free to email our help desk at [email protected] or chat with us by clicking the blue chat circle in the bottom right of this screen.

If you believe that a Superpeer host has violated our Terms of Service on the call, you can initiate a dispute. To dispute a call, simply click the “Dispute call” link in the email you received after the call.

**Please Note** If you wish to dispute a call, you must click the "Dispute call" link within 48 hours of the call, or the payment will automatically be released to the Superpeer host.

Streams

Once you have registered for a stream, the sale is final and will only be refunded under the following circumstances:

  • The Stream host cancels the stream. The host is able to cancel their stream right up until the start time of the stream. In this case, all people registered for the stream will be automatically refunded.

  • The Stream host doesn't show up for the stream. In this case you will need to dispute the stream by contacting us at [email protected] or start a chat with us using the blue circle in the bottom of this screen.

If you believe that a Superpeer host has violated our Terms of Service on a stream, you can initiate a dispute. To dispute a stream, contact us at [email protected] or start a chat with us using the blue circle in the bottom of this screen.

**Please Note** If you wish to dispute a stream, you must do so within 48 hours of the stream's scheduled start time, or the payment will automatically be released to the Superpeer host.


Series

Once you have registered for a stream, the sale is final and will only be refunded on a case-by-case basis as evaluated by our Customer Success team. To inquire about a series refund, contact us at [email protected] or start a chat with us using the blue circle in the bottom of this screen.
