How do I get a receipt or invoice for a 1:1 call?

Information about receipts, and how to request an invoice

Whenever you book and pay for a 1:1 call through Superpeer, you can find links for your receipt and invoice right in your call confirmation email.

Receipts

Receipts are automatically issued and are available immediately after you book your call.

  • If you made a payment with a credit card, we will email you a receipt after your call is completed.

  • If you paid with Paypal, you can find a receipt in your Paypal account.

Invoices

If you require an invoice for your 1:1 call, simply click the link in your call confirmation email to request an invoice. You'll be asked to fill out a short form to make the request.

Once you've filled in all of the required fields, your invoice will be issued automatically and will be available for download.
