When you purchase a digital product on Superpeer, you can download the files immediately from the product page. You’ll also receive an email with a link to the digital product page where you can download your product after purchase.
All digital product purchases are also tied to your Superpeer account so you can retrieve digital products any time after purchase. To retrieve any purchased digital products from your Superpeer account:
Sign in to superpeer.com and go to your Dashboard.
Click on Digital Products, and then select the Library tab. Your purchased digital products will be listed here.
You can visit the item's listing page to download each product as you need.
There is no limit to how many times you can download the digital product, as long as it’s still available in your Library on Superpeer.
Keep in mind that purchasing a digital product on Superpeer does not guarantee indefinite access to that product. A purchased product may no longer be visible in your Superpeer Library if:
The creator deletes their Superpeer account, or
It was removed by our Moderation team because the product violates Skillshare's Content Guidelines for Digital Products, or
The product was removed entirely due to fraudulent activity or a violation of Skillshare's Digital Product Terms, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
It’s your responsibility to download the product if you want to retain access to it.
