How do I know what my follower wants from our call?
When booking a call, your followers will fill in a form telling you what they would like to discuss, so you won't be caught off guard.
If you want specific information to better prepare for your call, you can customize the questionnaire with up to 4 questions to be filled out by the booking person. Check out this article for more information about custom booking questions.

Can I contact my follower before or after the call?
If you need to talk to your follower before or after your call, you can find their booking in the "Calls" section of your dashboard. Click the "..." menu and from there you can message your follower.
OR you can contact them through the "Messages" section of your dashboard.
